Job Summary

As a Product Manager (eCommerce) at Kaivant, you will play a pivotal role in managing product-related data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. You will work closely with our Design team to maintain the accuracy and consistency of design templates and support various departments in optimizing processes and operations. This role demands a proactive and responsible individual with a passion for continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle management, from conception to launch and beyond
  • Communicate effectively with designers and teammates to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information.
  • Build and maintain product landing pages for an exceptional user experience.
  • Add and update product information in the database and project management tools.
  • Ensure timely and error-free product launches, coordinating with fulfillment and customer support to resolve any product-related issues.
  • Work with translators to ensure product assets are accurately translated for international customers.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across departments
  • Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Excel.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
  • Skilled in design tools (Photoshop, Canva)
  • Experience in Print on Demand (POD) is a plus.
